Accelerate training offers a detailed training plan by one of our coaCHS to help you reach YOUR goals for (5K, 10K, half-marathon, and Marathon). while connecting you with a community of Accelerate runners during group training sessions. We recognize that while running can be a solo sport, we often perform best when we draw inspiration from each other. We are smaller than traditional running clubs, but we don’t sacrifice the social part of running while we work towards our individual performance goals.
